thoughts from an intern pt. 1

so, this summer has come and gone. now i am just sitting here in the office pondering on what to do. derek suggest to write a blog about what i've learned from this summer, so i concur to his brilliant, magnificent idea. this has been a summer to always remember for myself. i have throughly enjoyed it and am eternally grateful for it. but now i will try to leave you with some thoughts that i think i have either learned or thought were interesting from this summer.

1. the hub can be lonely, when the entire staff leaves you for weeks.
- i know that they were in greece for the time but still, it is kind of scary when you are all alone with no one here. But hey, its all good.

2. derek griz has the coolest hair no matter how it is cut.
- ok so when i first got here this summer, i was like wow, that dude has got some serious hair action going on, then after jared, greg, and myself shaved our heads, Derek did too. he stills looks awesome. kind of cool. soo to put it short i am facinated with his hair.

3. lindsey has the coolest smile in the world, and she is always smiling.
- so i was in the office on the first day and i was really scared and did not know what to do, but lindsey was here and she is always friendly and has the coolest smile in the world, thanks lindsey for that. alwyas making people feel at home. that is cool.

4. jonathan really loves techno.
- ok so you know how you always hear rumors but never believe them until the situation comes up and you experience it for the first time, and then you are like wow i can not believe that is true. so that is the way i was about the techno rumor and jonathan. but come to find out he really loves it.

5. greg jones really loves to drive the mini-bus.
- wow, what to say about this situation, but that greg really loves it. i honestly think that he wants to have it for his own personal use. ok so driving it at student life camp was cool, but then driving it all the time after that is kind of to far greg. haha jk man. well it is true cause i think greg was gone 80% of the time this summer and it was all driving the mini-bus places. so thanks greg for driving us everywhere.

these are just some of the fun things that i have learned this summer.
